Quick Tips For Using Gingr

New customer and DO NOT HAVE A GINGR ACCOUNT YET? Start here...
- Click here to create an account.
- Fill in all required fields. Read and e-sign the 2 agreements.
- Click "Continue To Pets"
- Create profiles for each pet.
- Gingr will then take you to your home page.
- At the bottom, click on "SHOP"
- Click on "SHOP PACKAGES"
- Find a package you want and add it to your cart.
- Click on the cart icon and pay for your package.

ALREADY HAVE A GINGR ACCOUNT and just need to sign up for a class? Start here...

Once Logged in, under New Booking, chose which dog you wish to enroll. Click "START BOOKING"
- Choose the Booking Category "GROUP CLASSES"
- Choose which class you want to enroll in.
- Choose the dates you want to attend class.
- Click "SUBMIT".
- Your class has been submitted for approval. We will contact you if there are any issues.
For best results, we suggest taking a minimum of 4 class sessions for each class you choose, starting with obedience and then sports classes. Our classes are held at a variety of locations. Please check the class calendar for specifics on your class.
NOTE: A 3% surcharge will be applied to credit card transactions. This fee helps us cover the costs of processing credit card payments without having to raise our class prices. No surcharge applies to debit cards. This fee will be applied through the Gingr app when you sign up and pay via credit card for your classes. Thank you for your support and understanding.
