This class is for large dogs (50 pounds or over) who have completed Obedience 1.
You will continue to work with your dog on all the basic obedience exercises – sit/down/stay/come/place/heel/leave it. Your dog will learn to improve and move towards faster responses, longer sit/down stays, distraction training to improve and maintain focus on you, building a reliable recall and sending to “place”. You will learn how to give your dog positive verbal exercise “markers” with or without treats and high praise exercise completed “release” command. And you and your dog can learn some “agility for fun” skills. This class will teach you the importance of calm, consistent, clear and rewarding training with you and your dog.7 mo. plus, 50lbs plus. regular dogs ok!
